"I confirm I have agreed with Excel that we will suspend ticketing until we have approval from the retailers on the Estate on timing. Excel has agreed not to pursue any tickets issued since we moved to the new system.

This is welcome news and shows the Council efforts have had some impact. The Council have asked him to clarify the date the scheme came into use also.
There are now 48 people on the list of complainants. Not all have provided email addresses but we will donate best we can to notify as many as possible.
